Clayton is an industrial steam boiler manufacturing company of fired steam generators, fluid heater steam generators, commercial steam boiler rentals, and industrial steam cleaners. Clayton’s industrial process steam boilers are available in 18 sizes from 15 to 2000 Boiler Horsepower (150 to 20,000 kW) and 518 to 69,000 pounds of steam per hour (235 to 37,300 kg/hr). We build these controlled-flow water-tube boiler units (controlled circulation boilers) to appropriate national and local standards. Our coil tube boiler is manufactured with the highest quality materials and finest workmanship. And we use the latest technology in our PLC controls systems.

Our steam boiler system designs run on natural gas, propane, light oil, heavy oil, or a combination of these fuels. These quick start boilers are available for sale with steam design pressures up to 3000 psig. We offer two product lines for your boiler and steam generation needs. One line covers from 15 to 200 BHP (150 to 1,962 kW) or 518 to 6,900 pounds per hour (235 to 3,130 kg/hr). The other covers 150 to 2000 BHP (1,472 to 20,000 kW) or 5,175 to 69,000 pounds per hour (2,347 to 37,300 kg/hr).

Virtually Dry Steam Generation

Clayton “dry steam generators” produce steam that is 99.5% dry (only 0.5% water content). Most boilers only have the ability to produce 98% dry steam (2% water). Water as a waste product can lead to problems in the processing equipment. Clayton’s dry industrial steam generators with steam separators can help preserve your equipment.

Clayton’s controlled circulation on-demand water tube boilers produce steam as you need it to meet your steam processing needs. They start up quickly and respond on demand to meet your particular steam load requirements.

Clayton offers a special Superheated Steam Generator version of the E-Series Steam Generator to provide superheated steam. It is available for a range of steam pressures and temperatures in a variety of sizes from 200 to 1000 BHP (1,962 to 9,810 kW).

Clayton also offers an unfired steam generator line of Waste Heat and Exhaust Gas Steam Generators. They are available in a wide variety of sizes and configurations. This product line features many of the same benefits as our fired units and can be used in combination with fired units.

We offer all our industrial steam generators with complete Feedwater Treatment Systems and with factory Skid Mounting in the controlled circulation boiler  manufacturing process to reduce field installation costs. We also offer refurbished steam generators and industrial boiler rentals.
